					<description>I've also used this method to share my profile between operating systems. My laptop dual-boots Windows XP and Ubuntu 7.10 and I have a small partition that I keep my Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird profiles on. The Profile Manager needs to be configured in separately in each operating system. 

This saves me a lot of grief and keeps me connected to my email and browser bookmarks.</description>
